Leigh is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (#1-12-11710) and holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education. She has experience working in school districts for over 30 years, 27 of those as a Behavior Consultant.
Her goal is to develop and to work in programs that will improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities. She specializes in helping school staff work with students that display challenging behaviors. This gives the staff the ability to focus on safety and learning in the classroom. Leigh is skilled in working with students of all ages and abilities. Her experience includes working with staff at all grade levels to implement a collaborative evidence-based approach to handling challenging behaviors.
For five years, she worked in home-based programs as a supervising BCBA and parent consultant. This included program development, case management, supervision, parent coaching and staff training. She has also provided consultation in group home settings.
Leigh has supervised several BCBA candidates that have gone on to pass the certification exam. She has also provided ongoing supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
